Glacier ascent of the legendary Nevado del Toluca and celebration of the Day of the Dead in San Miguel Allende.
Llegada a Ciudad de México, encuentro en hotel. Experiencia sorpresa por la noche.
Guided walk through the Chapultepec Forest Antonio Velasco Piña, Mexican novelist and historian on the cultural and indigenous relevance of this magnificent forest. Storytelling Workshop - Stories of my ancestors: celebration and mourning.
Mexicans have a very particular relationship with their ancestors. Once a year, they celebrate death with color and party.
With the intention of honoring and discovering the relationship with our own ancestors, we will intentionally climb the Nevado de Toluca; a spectacular glacial peak with an important mystical relevance in the pre-Hispanic history of Mexico. There we will rediscover our relationship with life itself, as it is only achieved in the mountains.
To celebrate our physical and emotional milestone, we will travel to San Miguel de Allende (named the most beautiful city in the world by Conde Nast) to experience its celebration of the Day of the Dead, as only Mexicans know how to do it: with colorful skulls, typical dances, and offerings. to those who are no longer there.
